What Motivated Me to Start This Blog – My Journey After Pharmacy

 Every journey has moments of hope, struggle, and learning. My motivation to start this blog comes from my personal experiences after completing my pharmacy education.

My journey began with four years of studying pharmacy. Like many students, I had dreams of building a successful career in the healthcare field. Pharmacy education requires dedication, discipline, and continuous effort.

However, during my academic years, the COVID-19 pandemic affected many students and their career opportunities. The pandemic disrupted education, internships, and job opportunities for many pharmacy graduates, including me.

After graduating, the biggest question in my mind was: What next?

I started searching for jobs related to pharmacy. I attended several interviews and spent many hours waiting for opportunities. Despite my efforts, finding the right role was not easy.

I also tried to continue my education by attempting higher studies, hoping it would open new career paths. Unfortunately, things did not go as planned.

Instead of giving up, I decided to improve my skills. I enrolled in courses related to pharmacovigilance and SAS programming, believing that learning new skills could create better career opportunities.

I attended interviews for these roles as well, but many companies were looking for experienced candidates. As a fresher, it was difficult to meet their requirements.

There were moments when it felt like there were no clear opportunities ahead.

Eventually, I started my career in a different role as an analyst in lead generation. While this gave me professional experience, the journey also brought new challenges, including stress and health issues.

Through all these experiences, I realized that many students and graduates face similar struggles after completing their education. There is often confusion about career paths, skill development, and opportunities in the healthcare field.

This realization became the motivation behind starting Health & Pharma Insights.

Through this blog, I want to share my journey, experiences, and lessons learned so that other students can gain guidance and clarity while building their careers.

Every struggle teaches something valuable, and every step forward brings us closer to our goals.


Purpose of This Blog

This blog aims to:

  • Share insights about pharmacy education

  • Explain career opportunities after pharmacy

  • Provide guidance for students entering the healthcare industry

  • Share personal experiences and lessons from my journey

My goal is to create a space where students and professionals can learn, grow, and find clarity about their career paths.

I hope my failures and experiences can inspire you to learn, upskill, and stay motivated in your career journey.
